Lesson 15 - Tableau gives permission settings not only at the site role level but also at the project and dashboard levels. It's really easy to change the roles as well as manage it at group levels.

Permissions setting are very important and its a good idea, nay.....should be compulsory that you track this as you go along. This is not an after thought that you do at the end of the month. One of the main reasons this is important is due to the sensitivity of the data. I've worked in areas before the information must be locked to a few users and even extracting requires formal permission.

Tableau permissions gives you added security in this regard.
