In the seventies the band was already demonstrating a more accomplished and unique style both in music and lyrics. Timerobber released in 1976 proved to be their breakthrough album, selling multiplatinum and going on international charts. From then on Omega songs were usually written in English to meet international demand and then the lyrics were translated into Hungarian for releases in Hungary.
