The Challenge:
We describe a wine without tasting it live, using the WSET Level 2 in Wines Systematic Approach to Tasting (SAT).
The goal is for you to identify the grape variety and origin using structure, aromas, balance, and deduction — just like in professional wine education and exams.
This technique is based on experience, benchmarks, and structured logic, not guesswork.

What you’ll learn:
How to use structure, aromas, tannin, alcohol, and balance to identify grape and origin
How WSET tasting logic builds confidence and exam performance
At the end of the video, you’ll choose from four possible answers and test your tasting skills
