principle-methylene blue to stain the acidic components of the cells and eosin to stain the alkaline components of the cells and methanol to fix the smear and preserve the cell morphology
procedure:-
1. first of all prepared a ideal smear and air dry.
2. than pour the 10% giemsa solution and leave for 20 min.
3 . than wash with running tap water and air dry.
5. now examine under microscope.
