How to add a Second Domain Controller

Infrastructure: Server 2019 | VirtualBox
DC2 - Seconday DC static IP: 172.16.0.2
DC1 - Primary DC static IP: 172.16.0.1
NIC 1: Internet connection
NIC 2: Internal network for Active Directory
