I Took Cold Showers for 24 Hours (No Warm Water)

Описание: For 24 hours, I took only cold showers.
No warm water. No shortcuts. No excuses.

This wasn’t about being extreme.
It was about doing something uncomfortable on purpose.

Every shower in this video was ice cold — morning, afternoon, and night.
Not to prove toughness, but to test control.

Most people avoid discomfort whenever they can.
I wanted to see what would happen if I stopped doing that, even for just one day.

Somewhere along the way, I realized something important:
discipline isn’t about motivation.
It’s about standards.

This is the 24-hour cold shower challenge.
