Julie Hugo, Director of Customized Training and Development Services at Clackamas Community College

Julie Hugo serves as the Director of Customized Training & Development Services at Clackamas Community College, leading a team dedicated to meeting the training and professional development needs of business and industry partners. With extensive experience in human resources, Julie oversees strategic initiatives, mentors staff, and manages budgets and operations to drive workforce development.

With prior roles in HR management and talent development, Julie has led key programs, including leadership development, established company-wide training resources, and managed performance and engagement initiatives. Skilled in continuous improvement and coaching, Julie is committed to fostering professional growth, building strong community partnerships, and creating impactful learning experiences.
