Please follow along with this 15 Minute Full Body Resistance Band Workout. Resistance Bands are a great tool to apply to your training either at home or at the gym. In this video I am using the resistance band for my home workout. Let me know what you think of this at home workout after you give it a try.

Left Arm Curl 30 seconds
Right Arm Curl 30 seconds
Left Arm Shoulder Press 30 seconds
Right Arm Shoulder Press 30 seconds
Lateral Raises 30 seconds
Squats 30 seconds
Rows 30 seconds
Curls 30 seconds
Overhead Tricep Extensions 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds
Round 2
Left Arm Curl 30 seconds
Right Arm Curl 30 seconds
Left Arm Shoulder Press 30 seconds
Right Arm Shoulder Press 30 seconds
Lateral Raises 30 seconds
Squats 30 seconds
