My 3rd competition and my biggest one so far. Regionals at my gym in Örebro, Sweden! Weighed in at 80,65kg.
I qualified for this in the -74kg weight class because I had no chance of getting my total up from 500kg to 560kg in only a few months time. So I dieted and trained hard, went from 84kg in Jan to 73,15 in May. Competed in the -74kg class and got a total of 470kg (450 was what I needed) which was enough to qualify for regionals! Then I decided to compete in -83kg again when I learned that was within the rules :) I was the weakest in my class this competition but I competed mostly with my self, got a few new personal bests and a new best total plus new best wilks so I'm really happy with my performance. I'm still very new at this sport, I have been doing powerlifting for about a year now. 💪😎
I'm 26 y.o. 182cm, 80ish kg.
