2 INDIAN Aseel hens Harvested TOO Many EGGS TO CHICKS Together - Amazing Egg hatching

In this video, I share a special moment from my small backyard poultry setup. Two of my hens became broody at the same time, so I decided to give them both a chance to hatch chicks. I prepared cozy nests for them using old car tires, lined with wooden chips and dry grass to make a warm and safe space.
I placed freshly collected fertile eggs under each hen, and both sat dedicatedly for 22 days. I monitored them daily, making sure they were comfortable and not disturbed.
Finally, hatch day arrived! One of the hens successfully hatched all the chicks under her. Sadly, the other hen's eggs didn’t hatch — whether due to infertility, poor incubation, or something else, nature made its decision.
After observing their behavior, I noticed the hen without chicks was not very interested in the newly hatched ones. She even seemed a bit aggressive. To ensure the safety and warmth of the chicks, I moved them all under the mother who had accepted them naturally and was already showing strong maternal instincts.
Now, the chicks are thriving under the care of their devoted mother hen — it's beautiful to see how nature works and how important it is to step in at the right time when raising poultry.
This video is a reminder of the joys and challenges of backyard farming and how closely we must observe our animals to help them thrive.
CAUTIONS!
To hatch chicken eggs in an incubator, start with fresh, fertilized eggs and set the temperature to a steady 99.5°F (37.5°C), maintaining humidity at 45-50% for most of the incubation period. Turn the eggs 3 times a day until day 18, ensuring they are positioned with the pointed end down. Around days 7-10, candle the eggs to check for development, discarding any non-developing eggs. Increase humidity to 65-70% in the last 3 days to help soften the eggshell for hatching. Avoid opening the incubator too often and let the chicks dry off in the incubator before moving them to a warm brooder set at 95°F (35°C).
