Rush's Alternate Universe: The Almost Instrumental "Peaceable Kingdom"

Описание: Rush almost made another instrumental.

The song "Peaceable Kingdom", off of their 2002 release "Vapor Trails", was set to become an instrumental. But it just so happened that lyricist Neil Peart penned some words that happened to fit the music to become what we know today as "Peaceable Kingdom".

But what if? What if they followed through and let the song be an instrumental? We'll never know - or can we?

This video is the instrumental that never was. Admittedly, it may have had another title, since there would've been no lyrics to associate with it. Now, we can have a taste of what could've been!

See if you can still notice Geddy's voice, sprinkled hauntingly throughout the song, while captivating artistry of fantastical kingdoms are displayed, peaceable - and not so peaceable. A bombardment for the senses!
