THIS IS FOR THE ENTIRE PIKES PEAK MLS TO INCLUDE SINGLE FAMILY HOMES, PATIO HOMES, CONDOS AND TOWNHOMES.

👉👉Let's talk about new listings for this week. We had 433 new active listings. 65 homes came back on the market. This gives us 498 new active listings for this week.

👉👉This week we have 166 homes under contract, 203 pending, and 3 Under Contract Short sales, for a total of 372 homes off the market. This brings us to a positive in inventory by +126 this week.

👉👉Price decreases were at 502 this week. That's our 3rd week in a row that we have had 500 plus price decreases.

👉👉Withdrawn -15, cancelled - 68 and expired - 63 which leaves us with another 146 homes off the market this week.

👉👉Now the most important aspect of this is the homes sold last week 276 . Homes sold this week were at 363 which gives us Plus + 87 week over week.
