**Ingredients ** jack crevalle Fish or any Fish (1- 5 1bs) 1 -2 tsp salt 1 tsp all purpose seasoning 1 tbsp Jerk Seasoning ( or seasoning of your choice ) Bell pepper 🫑 Onion 🧅 Garlic 🧄 Tomato 🍅 Carrot 🥕 Pimento Pepper If Available (Flavor) 1 twig Fresh Scallion & thyme 1 whole scotch bonnet (or a few pieces for spice) Okra (optional) Ketchup and water for gravy sauce Oil for frying and piece a pumpkin is optional.
