The FIFA 22 practice arena is a place where you can practice shooting and dribbling in a one-on-one situation against a goal keeper. Annoyingly you cannot change the camera angle which is very frustrating as it's different to what view most people play the game in. The arena is useful for practicing skills but you can access the skills list whilst in the arena which again is pretty silly. Another option in the arena is you can practice free kicks or penalties, but on the former you can't add players so it's not that useful.

I recorded this video on Xbox Series X. But the process is the same on other platforms like PC, PS4, PS5, etc.
