Old Skool Rydz Lowrider Club 25th Anniversary Weekend

Описание: What an achievement! Old Skool Rydz (OSR) celebrated their 25th Anniversary in Wellington, New Zealand with over 160 people in attendance coming from all over the country and Australia.

We flew over from the Gold Coast to join in the celebrations on the Friday where they started with a cruise night from Brewtown to Wellington City. The turnout was incredible with an awesome array of cars on display, cruising together sharing the passion we all have for the lowrider scene.

Saturday started with breakfast at one of the Wellington club members house (Kev) where we got to checkout his awesome shed set up, followed by cruising from Wainuiomata to Raumati Beach. We then headed back to our accommodation ending the day with a formal dinner and celebrations at Silverstream Retreat, Lower Hutt. It was awesome to catch up with everyone and hear the stories from members and other clubs that made the trip about their lowriding journey and how far the club has come over the years. We even had a special performance by club members Antz (Eksel) and Kini (P.N.A) performing O.S.R!

Sunday we headed to another club members house (Josh) to check out his awesome shed set up and array of cars before heading to the airport. Thanks to Drew for sending us the celebratory burnout vid, make sure you watch till the end to check it out!

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making the weekend happen especially Pun, Bear, Jess, Barbie, Kev x 2, Josh, Nathan and everyone else for inviting us and having us be apart of such a special event.

In Pun's words: "We all fall under the same umbrella, that's the Lowrider trunk and every other club here we're all just branches, we're all keeping that tree alive. It doesn't matter what we have on our shirts, we're all brothers."
