Unable to run the command in Windows Powershell/Terminal and getting the error "Set-Content : A positional parameter cannot be found that accepts argument 'start=' / "stop='"
You can fix the issue easily by one of these two methods.
Method 1: Just add .exe in the command after sc
Method 2: Run the same command without exe in command prompt admin
