🩷 Trust me. It’s well worth the time to watch the whole thing. The longer video tells N&E’s very compelling story in WCTH Seasons 10 & 11 over the course of a 4.5-minute song. This Short is just a small snippet from the middle of the full video.

(The S11 section of the video - which you’ll have to watch in the full version, except for a couple of clips at the end of the Short - basically turned into a collection of N&E’s most adorably romantic moments in that season.)

This song, “Come Back to Me” by David Cook, perfectly captured Nathan’s perspective in S10 - watching and supporting his friend Elizabeth as she experienced her change of heart - eventually breaking her engagement with Lucas and coming to terms with the pain and fear she was running from ever since Jack’s death.

From there, it shows the romantic relationship that slowly blossomed between Nathan and Elizabeth in Season 11. I also interspersed a few “flashback” clips to moments in Seasons 6-9 relevant to Nathan and Elizabeth’s story.

It was my goal to capture the beautiful “friends to lovers” story of Nathan Grant and Elizabeth Thornton. N&E were on the verge of admitting feelings and hopefully going on a date at the end of S7, but a wedge was driven between them during S8, and that didn’t come to fruition.

I can imagine Nathan’s POV in late S10 and through S11 being tentatively hopeful that Elizabeth would remember what used to be between them in years past and eventually “come back” to him.

And when she did, Nathan was steadfastly ready and waiting with arms open to offer her all the love in his heart! 🥰 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨
