Chickpea Dip:

Ingredients:
1 (15os) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
drained and rinsed
4 Tablespoons water
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
:
1. Add chickpeas, water, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin,
and salt to food processor or blender.
2. Process until smooth and creamy.
