INDIAN CLUBS | A Mix of Single and Double Circles
Changing swing patterns with Indian Clubs is an amazing mental exercise. The idea in this sequence is to complete a body turn and, in doing so, change the pattern depending on the way you are facing.
Starting with single outward heart shapes, break into outward asynchronous doubles. Followed by a quarter turn with asynchronous figure eights. Back to the camera, inward asynchronous doubles, another quarter turn and more figure eights. On facing front, outward doubles. Finish with asynchronous parallel doubles to the left and right.
The nature of this routine allows for heavier and longer clubs to be used. The Jarrah Clubs in this video weigh 3.5 lbs or 1.6 kg per club and are 21” inches or 53 cm in length.
