These rains has come in summer as a result of cloud seeding. At the wake of the spread of COVID19, everyone is advised to maintain social distance. At these times, rain gives the vibes to enjoy a cup of tea and snack from home or just have a drive around the city. This comes as a boost for us following social distancing. Road sterilization programmes have been going on in Dubai. Rain water may assist in the cleaning process.
