Hot Honey Glazed Sausage Bites

Ingredients:
Hot Honey-
1 cup honey
3 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Sausage Bites-
1 Tbsp oil
1 package Hot Link Sausage, sliced
1/3 cup hot honey, from above

Instructions:
Hot Honey-
Add honey and crushed red pepper to a pan
Heat over medium heat until the honey begins to simmer
Simmer and stir for about a minute
Remove from heat and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes to infuse flavors
Strain the honey and stir in the apple cider vinegar

Sausage Bites-
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in pan over med heat
Add the sliced hot links and brown all sides until heated through
Add about 1/3 cup of the hot honey and stir to coat
