ingredients
500 g Cod Fish Fillet
1/2 bunch coriander
5 stalks spring onion
4 tbs red curry paste
1/2 cup corn flour
1 tsp sugar
1 egg
1 tbs lemon juice
3 kaffir lime leaves
dipping sauce
2 tbs fish sauce
2 tbs rice wine vinegar
1 tbs lime juice
3 tbs sugar
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced chilli
1 tbs coriander
