The Shure is richer in middle and high frequencies. The JR mic has more body in the bass frequencies and needs less air pressure to saturate the microphone diaphragm so you get a faster sound saturation. The Shure is a little bit smaller and lighter even with the bulletizer added. They're both exceptional microphones.
