Modifiers are pretty rough today as the only useful one being arc surge. Which of course I did use but unfortunately it is only a 25% buff to damage where brawler exceeds that amount greatly and gives me regeneration. Hopefully we get Brawler soon as I imagine a sub 12-13 could be possible with it. Loadouts and Artifact are shown at the end of the video. I will also include a DIM link below.
