This upbeat vinyasa yoga class will leave you, and especially your hips, feeling good as new! We combine dynamic movement, sun salutations, hip stretches, and balancing poses to target the glute muscles, hip flexors, and piriformis muscle. Some fun poses you'll see in this class are sunrise lunge and diving eagle. There are some funky and new transitions present here so have fun with those :) I focus heavily on alignment in this class specifically, so hopefully you can feel those microadjustments in your body!
