INGREDIENTS:
🥩 Meat:
1 kg Pork (Belly or Shoulder), cubed
🍌 Fruits & Vegetables:
5-6 Saba Bananas (sliced and fried)
2 medium Carrots (sliced and fried)
2 handfuls of Baguio Beans
1 medium Cabbage (sliced)
🧄 Sautéing:
5-6 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 large Onion (chopped)
2-3 medium Tomatoes (chopped)
🍅 Sauce & Seasoning:
500g Tomato Sauce
4 tbsp Fish Sauce (Patis)
2 Pork Cubes
2 tbsp Sugar (to balance the acidity)
Black Pepper (to taste)
💧 Liquid:
2 cups Water (for simmering)
