In this demonstration, Russell Finex conducted a sieving trial on powdered sugar to evaluate screening efficiency, throughput, and mesh performance using advanced vibratory screening technology. The trial was carried out using our Finex Ultima™, fitted with our Russell Vibrasonic® Deblinding System, ensuring continuous screening without mesh blockage, acting as a high-performance ultrasonic vibrating sifter.

The Vibrasonic® system applies ultrasonic vibrations directly to the mesh, preventing blinding and allowing fine powdered sugar to pass efficiently, even at high throughput rates, making it an ideal ultrasonic sifter for sticky powders.

Following a successful trial, the vibro screen machine demonstrated excellent screening performance, achieving a throughput of up to 300 kg/hour. This result confirms our Finex Ultima™ as an effective industrial sieve solution for powdered sugar applications, delivering consistent separation, reduced downtime, and improved process efficiency.
