Sometimes there are just too many people on the server for a purge to start, but when there are fewer and it still wont start, try running out to the area the purge camp spawns in ... the idea is you create a path for the camp to follow back to the coffer. I dunno. Does seem to help sometimes tho.
Skip to 2 min to avoid the errors. After the purge starts I cut it to just show the golems near the end.
I do realize the number of archers i have out will affect the purge lag, minimal bases I've built seem to start more easily.
