On 7 December 2023, The session featured H.E. Kenneth Félix Haczynski da Nóbrega, Ambassador of Brazil to India. The event was focused on Brazil’s foreign policy outlook, prospects for India-Brazil relations, and other aspects of Brazil’s role in the current world order including its G20 presidency. The session was moderated by Prof Harsh V. Pant, Vice President – Studies and Foreign Policy at the Observer Research Foundation, New Delhi.
