In this video, I'm sharing a personal life update, what we have been working on behind the scenes, and a simple DIY Valentine's self- care gift you can make at home - its also about nurturing yourself.
Recipe: A Rose is a Rose Salt Scrub
1 cup of very fine Pink Himalayan Pink Salt
1/4 cup of melted coconut oil- cooled a bit
7 drops of rose absolute essential oil
2 drops of vanilla essential oil
2 tablespoons of crushed rose petals
Add coconut oil to the salt, blend together, add essential oils and mix well. Gently fold in the roses. Gently rub on your hands and or body then rinse off and towel dry. ahhhhh
