The flag shown is the flag unofficially used by the people in Finland who speak Swedish. Despite it being an unofficial flag, it is very widely used.
This song is a Swedish recording of the famous Finnish song which has the same name. A few lyrics are missing as it was hard to transcribe. Special thanks to @Krol234 for transcribing the entire thing (go subscribe to him).
