We start the evening at Universal Orlando’s Aventura Hotel, a sleek, modern tower known for its panoramic rooftop bar, floor to ceiling windows, and convenient location between the parks and Volcano Bay. Aventura is a favorite for travelers who want contemporary design, efficient rooms, and quick access to everything Universal Orlando has to offer.

From Aventura, we head next door to Universal’s Sapphire Falls Resort, one of the most immersive hotels on property. Inspired by the Caribbean, Sapphire Falls features lush landscaping, a massive lagoon style pool, and some of the best dining and bar spaces at Universal Orlando. We take time to explore the resort before making our way to the water taxi dock tucked behind the hotel, one of the most relaxing and scenic ways to travel around Universal.

After boarding the boat, we cruise along the waterway, taking in the sights of the surrounding resorts and the calm atmosphere that makes Universal Orlando feel worlds away from the parks. The water taxi drops us right at Universal CityWalk, the entertainment district packed with restaurants, nightlife, and must-see stops for any Orlando trip.

Once at CityWalk, we head straight to Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar for a truly unique dining experience. Cowfish is famous for blending gourmet burgers with creative sushi, offering something for every kind of foodie. We sit down for an unforgettable fusion meal, sampling both the burgers and the sushi that have made Cowfish a CityWalk staple.

After dinner, the night continues with dessert at Voodoo Doughnut, known for its bold flavors, inventive toppings, and cult following. It’s the perfect sweet ending before we hop back on the water taxi and head to Aventura Hotel.
