Richard Shibiri to testify at the Madlanga Commission

Suspended Organised Crimes Unit Head, Richard Shibiri, will testify at the Madlanga Commission today. He's been linked to alleged criminal cartel members including Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala and Katiso 'KT' Molefe.
In previous testimony before the commission, Shibiri was accused of receiving payments from Matlala which he insisted should be in cash.
Crime Intelligence Head Dumisani Khumalo also revealed that Shibiri tried to influence investigations into the murder of engineer Armand Swart.
His testimony is expected to address the PKTT , and suspended deputy police commissioner Shadrack Sibiya's thanksgiving party which he's said to have attended along with Matlala. Security expert Eldred de Klerk weighs in.
