Dahi Bhalla (Veggie Style)
Ingredients:
• Bhallas (lentil fritters) or if you skip, you can use veggies like cabbage, tomato, cucumber
• Yogurt
• Tamarind chutney
• Chaat masala
• Optional: coriander, green chilies, sev
Instructions:
1. If using traditional bhallas, soak them in water for a few hours and squeeze gently. If using veggies, chop them finely.
2. Place bhallas or veggies in a serving bowl.
3. Pour yogurt over them.
4. Drizzle tamarind chutney.
5. Sprinkle chaat masala and garnish with coriander or sev.
6. Serve chilled.
