Today we finally address the fact that the shop hasn't had heat since being built.
We start to solve that with a 24,000 BTU mini split a/c heat pump that set us back a whopping $850. This is the first of two that will end up in the shop.
It goes on sale from time to time at $850-900

We also sort out the wall in the fab area underneath the mezzanine with a little osb.
The building is a 30'x48' with 16' walls.
I designed and ordered the building on Menards website. 6" Posts mounted to concrete tube footings. 12'x12' Garage door. 7" Concrete Slab.
