Hundreds have been killed while many are missing in floodwaters after heavy rain battered north-west Pakistan and Indian-controlled Kashmir.
Emergency crews are scrambling to clear blocked roads and look for survivors after flash floods uprooted trees and reduced homes to rubble in the Buner district in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
More rain is forecast for the region as residents prepare for risk of further flooding.
