Te lucis ante terminum is a short, dynamic piece composed using the hymn for the close of day by St. Gregorius.
This number was part of UPSA's performance at the Sacred Category of the 66th International Choral Competition Polifonico Guido d'Arezzo in Arezzo, ITALY.
UPSA went on to win the first prize in Polifonico's Sacred Category, as well as the Secular, Monographic, and Mixed Choirs Categories. In 2018, UPSA won the Grand Prize of the Polifonico.
The University of the Philippines Singing Ambassadors is one of the country's foremost choral groups founded and conducted by Dr. Edgardo L. Manguiat.
