Follow the given steps when you taking backup of email from Web or Cloud-Based Email Clients such as IMAP Server.
First, Install and Launch the Aryson Email Migration Software.
Choose IMAP from the dropdown list, after that, enter your IMAP email address , password, Host Name & Port Number then press the sign-in button.
Then a Tree-like structure showing your IMAP Mail folders will appear. Here you need to select any email folder which you want to backup and click on Next button.
In the next tab select file saving format PST to save your IMAP Email into PST format.
Next, Mark the checkbox to remove repetitive mailboxes from the resultant file.
Then apply Mail filter & Task filter to find specific mailboxes as per their date.
You can use the Custom Folder feature to save your emails by different folder names.
