When we keep seeking comfort from others unconsciously, it diminishes our own and others' spiritual energy. For example, when we resent the past with others, or we keep thinking and discussing how others have wronged us, or blame others. These thoughts and actions weaken the magnetic field and keep us in a limited spiritual spectrum. There are 2 major polarities of energy flow, the Negative (-) and Positive (+). If we keep functioning largely within the Negative range, all we could align with are the lower realms and spectrums, no wisdom or spiritual support could arise within these ranges, and spiritual attacks could only enter via the negative range of spectrums.

We can consciously think about how to expand and contribute more to raise the consciousness of this world and for one another, the more areas we could think about and execute upon, the more positive spiritual energy will manifest in our own lives.
