Imagine a professor dividing a class into two groups. One group is told to create a single, perfect statue, while the other must produce 50 statues. At the end of the project, the second group—through sheer practice—creates far better results than the first. The lesson? Quantity leads to quality.



Ali Abdaal, a well-known YouTuber, shares the same advice: focus on quantity first, and quality will follow. If you check the first videos of any major YouTuber, you’ll notice how raw and unpolished they were compared to their current content.



So how do you create content consistently? Delegate what you can.

✅ I used to script, record, and edit everything myself. Now, I delegate scripting, editing, and even equipment setup.

✅ I’ve invested in a dedicated camera and lighting to remove distractions and streamline production.

✅ My focus is now solely on what matters most—creating the content.

The question to ask yourself: What is the one thing only YOU can do? Focus on that and delegate the rest.
