Saffron Bundt Cake with White Chocolate Ganache

Eating saffron buns is a must during December, but especially on Lucia day (December 13). If you're not too keen on making yeasted dough, this might be an option! Given that you like saffron, of course ;-)
If you don't have half-and-half you can make it with a mix of milk and cream, or you can use milk instead. As always, I'm using salted butter for this recipe. The cake is absolutely fantastic without the icing as well. I hope you like it!
