Dr. Michael B. Oren, Ambassador of Israel to the United States, presented a lecture for about 900 students, faculty and staff of Salve Regina University and the U.S. Naval War College on Thursday, Oct. 27, 2011 at Spruance Hall at the Naval War College. He spoke for about 30 minutes on the topic, "The Ultimate Ally." The ambassador's visit was organized by Salve Regina's Pell Center for International Relations and Public Policy as part of a program focusing on the Middle East.
