SpaceX Falcon 9 „Transporter-1“ launch with NanoAvionics & Aurora Insight teams

The SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will launch the 6U nanosatellite, named "Charlie", that we built for our customer, Aurora Insight, as part of SpaceX’s first dedicated rideshare mission, Transporter-1.

We will be hosting this launch event from our LT office along with our US colleagues and customers Aurora Insight, and you are invited to join the live stream as well!

Join us to share our excitement and learn more about Charlie, Aurora Insight, and NanoAvionics on the launch day as we watch SpaceX place 143 satellites in orbit - the most to fly on a launch vehicle in history.

"Charlie" is the first of two exciting missions with Aurora Insight that we have scheduled for 2021.Their radio frequency sensors integrated with the M6P nanosatellite bus will provide RF spectrum analysis from space. These satellite-based RF sensors are critical to Aurora Insight’s Space Spectrum Scanning service, which unlocks new information about spectrum usage and interference across the globe.

Radio frequency spectrum is an increasingly vital part of the progressive, digital economy. Aurora’s satellite-based sensors provide an unprecedented, commercially-available, exacting depiction of radio frequency energy. By providing a new understanding of spectrum, Aurora Insight is removing ambiguity and enabling organizations to invest, plan, and move forward with confidence.

T: -00:30:00 we will introduce you to mission Charlie and our customer, Aurora Insight
T: -00:15:00 we will switch to the SpaceX launch broadcast, perhaps answering your questions along the way.
T: +00:08:00 after Falcon 9 second stage orbital insertion and first stage landing, we will continue talking about Charlie, building satellites, and all things space while we wait for confirmation of the satellite deployment.
