If you are experiencing anticipatory grief - sadness before the loss of a family member, friend, loved one or pet or even a situation- try tapping to release those emotions and allow yourself to enjoy the present moment and the time you have left together.
It can be shameful or embarrassing to realize you are sad before you have lost the person or animal. You may feel silly. But honor those feelings. They are real and valid. Once you accept that you are feeling sadness or grief, you can release the energy. Tapping is the perfect way to release and let go of energy or emotions that are not serving you.
