নাবিস্কো বাংলাদেশের একটি শীর্ষস্থানীয় ব্র্যান্ড। ৮০ এবং ৯০ এর দশকে এটি খুব জনপ্রিয় ছিল। বাংলাদেশ স্বাধীন হওয়ার আগ পর্যন্ত এটি পাকিস্তানের অধীনে ছিল। ১৯৮৩ সালে এটি একটি ব্যক্তিগত মালিকানাধীন কোম্পানি হয়ে ওঠে। এটি ৭৭ শহীদ তাজউদ্দীন আহমদ সরণী, তেজগাও আই/এ, ঢাকা ১২০৮ বাংলাদেশ-এ অবস্থিত। সংস্থাটি বিভিন্ন ধরণের পণ্য উত্পাদন করে। এগুলি প্রধানত বিস্কুট, রুটি, কেক এবং মিষ্টান্ন। এটি ২৬ টিরও বেশি বিভিন্ন ধরণের বিস্কুট এবং প্রায় ১০টি বিভিন্ন ধরণের ক্যান্ডি তৈরি করে। পণ্যের কম দাম দেশের গ্রামাঞ্চলে এটিকে আরও পছন্দের করে তোলে। নিম্ন শ্রেণিবিন্যাস স্তরের কর্মচারী এবং শীর্ষ ব্যবস্থাপনা কর্মী উভয়ের সমন্বয়ে প্রায় ৯০০ জন কর্মী/শ্রমিক এবং প্রায় ৬০ জন কর্মী রয়েছে।

মনে আছ কার কার?
"নাবিস্কো গ্লুকোজ বিস্কুট" এর মতো যদি শৈশবটাকেও ফিরে পাওয়া যেত !!
শৈশবে আমরা গ্লুকোজ এবং পাইনাপেল বিস্কুট খাইনি এমন কেউ বলতে পারবে না। এখন এই বিস্কুট গুলো পাওয়া যায় কিনা ঠিক জানিনা। তবে এক সময় গ্লুকোজ এবং পাইনাপেল বিস্কুট আমাদের অত্যন্ত প্রিয় ছিল কারণ এই বিস্কুট গুলো তে ক্রিম দেয়া থাকতো এবং এই ক্রিম এর কারণেই এটি আমাদের কাছে আকর্ষণীয় ছিল। আমি বলছি ৯০ দশকের কথা তখন একে অপরের আত্মীয় বাড়ি পাইনাপেল এবং গ্লুকোজ বিস্কুট নিয়ে যেত।। কোথায় হারিয়ে গেল সেই শৈশব আমাদের সাথে গ্লুকোজ এবং পাইনাপেল বিস্কুট।
ছোটবেলায় হারিয়ে যাওয়া অনেক কিছুর তালিকায় ছিলো এই "নাবিস্কো গ্লুকোজ বিস্কুট" বহুকাল পরে নাবিস্কো গ্লুকোজ বিস্কুট দেখে ছোটবেলার কথা মনে পড়ে গেলো !!
চা'য়ে ভিজিয়ে ভিজিয়ে খেতাম,
চা'য়ে ভিজিয়ে মুখে দিতে দিতে অর্ধেক বিস্কুট ভেঙ্গে পড়ে যেত চা'য়ের কাপে !!

Nabisco is one of the leading brands in Bangladesh. It was very popular during the 80s and the 90s. It was under the Pakistani command until Bangladesh became independent. In 1983 it became a privately owned company. It is located in 77 SaheedTajuddin Ahmed Sarani, Tejgao I/A, Dhaka 1208 Bangladesh. The company produces a large variety of products. They are mainly biscuits, bread, cake and confectionaries. It manufactures over 26 different types of biscuit and about 10 different types of candies. The low price of the products makes it more preferable in the rural areas of the country. There are about 900 workers/labor and about 60 staff in total consisting of both low hierarchy level employees and top management staff.

Like "Nabisco Glucose Biscuit" if only childhood could be found again !!
No one can say we didn't eat glucose and pineapple biscuits as children. Now I don't know if these biscuits are available. But at one time glucose and pineapple biscuits were very dear to us because these biscuits had cream in them and because of this cream it was very attractive to us. I mean, in the 90's, relatives used to take pineapple and glucose biscuits to each other's houses. Glucose and pineapple biscuits with us where childhood was lost.
This "Nabisco Glucose Biscuit" was on the list of many things that were lost in childhood.
I used to eat it soaked in tea,
Half of the biscuits would break into a cup of tea if you soaked it in tea and put it in your mouth !!
