I don't know why I didn't think about the video encoding options for the earlier videos until now...
TiVo archives, now in 60fps glory! Too bad that the Cartoon Network commercials couldn't be this good. Had I known that I could do this during that time, I 100% would have done it! At least there is some good local stuff on some of these discs, Digitally encoded and ready to be deinterlaced.
From this point forward, the rest of the commercial break videos from these DVD's will be exactly as you see them. No "deinterlaced 30fps, 480p" stuff neither.
Stay tuned, as TiVopolis continues! (Sorry, Windows OS for ripping off your idea, I just happened to think of your series when I was coming up with mine.)
