🥚 Half Fry Egg Recipe
Ingredients:
1. 2 eggs
2. 1–2 tsp oil
3. Black salt to taste
4. Black pepper
5. Red chilli powder
6. Garam masala powder ( optional)
7. Chopped Spring onion
8. 2-3 Kadhi leaf
9. 1-2 Coriander leaves for decoration
Method:
1. Heat a small non stick frying pan on medium flame and add oil.
2. Crack the two eggs gently into the pan.
3. Let it cook without flipping.
4. Sprinkle Black salt, black pepper powder, garam masala powder , turmeric powder or chilli powder on top.
5. Add 2 Kadhi leaf & some chopped spring onion leaf
6. Cook till the egg white is fully set and the yolk remains half-cooked (runny or slightly soft).
Turn off the flame and serve hot.
7. Then decorate it with coriander leaf on small Tray .
Serving Tips:
For desi taste, add some chopped green chilli on top 😋👍
