Jacob Chandler’s project “escavela” isn’t just a solo electronic project.
It’s a presence moving through the Hudson Valley—drifting along ridgelines, slipping through fog, settling into the quiet legends that linger in the land.
Modular synthesizers murmur shifting textures in ways you almost don’t expect, like the valley’s light changing without warning.
Field recordings answer with echoes of forests, water, and open space, as if the environment itself is joining the conversation.
