ABOUT THE HUMAN FOLLOWING ROBOT:
Our Human Following Robot is an intelligent mobile prototype developed using an Arduino UNO, an L298N motor driver, ultrasonic sensor, 4 DC motors, and a 9–12V battery system mounted on a stable wheel chassis. The robot automatically detects and follows a person by continuously measuring distance with the ultrasonic sensor. The Arduino processes this real-time data and sends appropriate commands to the motor driver, enabling the robot to move forward, slow down, or stop depending on the person’s movement. This simple yet effective design demonstrates core concepts of embedded systems, sensor-based automation, and motion control, making it a practical model for human–robot interaction and useful for academic demonstrations and future enhancements
