Kilauea Volcano Eruption Episode 41 on January 24, 2026 threw volcanic ash high into the air and the southwest wind carried it for many miles across the Big Island of Hawaii. It even covered our house and everything that was exposed. I could hear the volcanic eruption in the distance even though we are almost 1 hour away by car. The Hawaii Volcanoes National Park was closed and people were advised to stay indoors or wear masks outside.
